Finally back in the saddle...

I've been so busy lately, that I've let my projects fall to the way-side. But now I'm back.

First, I wanted to say thanks to everyone who has looked at, commented on, and/or added Apnea, Natural History to their favorites. This piece is becoming pretty popular for me. I'm currently working on another one of her called Queen of Hearts. It's my current WIP. Apnea herself really liked the last one I did and I spoke with her about doing more of her and she gladly permitted me to do so. I've recently discovered that now *she* herself is being sued by the same people who are trying to liquidate Lithium Picnic! Bastards. So, I've decided that if I make anything off the pieces I've done of Apnea, I'm going to donate it to Lithium Picnic/Apnea to their cause. Viva La Lithium Picnic et Apnea!!!

So recently I did a portrait of a friend and her fiancee for their wedding. A big one...19x24. It was nice to finally get a commission after such a long hiatus. I'm starting to realize that the person who coined the phrase "starving artist" wasn't just making a joke! Anyways, the portrait turned out nice and I also did caricatures at her wedding reception! I'm hoping I'll get some business out of it.

Keep that pencil moving!

XD wuutt uve seen silent hill be4 right? well the real place? hmm dont know if ive mentioned this be4 but they say taht fuels from underground are still burning and that they had spent millions or bllions not sure to put them out and they just wont go out but im a HUGE silent hill fanatic i cant help it sooo ive always wanted to go there even tho they place wont look like it 1nce was long ago thnx 2 the stupid fumes/fuels underground but im still gonna visit there =D no matter wutt yee lol XD

Thanks for the comment on DeNiro. It was fun drawing him. i was a little disappointed i didn't come close to winning that competition...but there were some great pieces and i think B&W was the favorite at the time.
